We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

Delivery
Our delivery timeframe is usually between 14 to 21 days, depending on your location and order processing. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow for some variation in delivery times due to factors such as location or unexpected delays.
Shipping & Returns
Yes, refunds are available under certain conditions. If your item meets the criteria in our refund policy, you can initiate a return. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. For further details, please review our full refund policy or contact us for assistance.
Package tracking allows you to monitor the status and location of your order as it is shipped to you. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use on the courier’s website to see updates on your package’s journey, including its estimated delivery date.

Trailer Toad 5000SD (Super Duty) for Large Stackers

If you’re hauling a large stacker trailer or do long haul towing, we recommend the Trailer Toad 5000SD (Super Duty). Compared to the 3500HD, the 5000SD has larger wheel bearings, higher rated axles and a 10,000 lb center steering spindle for the ultimate in reliability and reduced maintenance.
The only way to tow heavy trailers with your motor home or truck camper with zero tongue weight on your tow vehicle. Whether you have a stacker race car trailer or a standard enclosed trailer, motorhomes are not well equipped to handle the tongue weight, especially with a spare engine, transmission and fully loaded toolbox up front!
The same applies to other heavy trailers like horse trailers and cargo trailers. The Trailer Toad can be used on multiple trailers.

Have you ever noticed the motor homes that tow trailers have bulges in the sidewalls? The rear cap seam is often cracked or has been resealed several times?
This is from body and frame flex! Motor homes are not designed to carry the tongue weight of enclosed trailers, period! The Trailer Toad is the ONLY motor home trailer hitch that can protect your coach by carrying all of the trailer tongue weight.
Why do I need a Trailer Toad?
The most common problem with towing with motor home is the overhang in the rear and they simply were not designed to carry the tongue weight of larger, heavier trailers.
The Trailer Toad will carry that tongue weight with none of the trailer tongue weight being transferred to the motor home. All you will have to do is pull the trailer and stop the trailer.
Q: My motor home (or truck) is rated to be able to handle the tongue weight and gross weight of my trailer, why do I need a Trailer Toad?”
A: The short answer is: “In almost every case the Trailer Toad will prevent premature wear to the coach frame, rear cap structure and floor. The static tongue weight and trailer weight is not the issue with diesel pushers or one ton trucks but rather the constant “pounding” on the hitch/frame/body as the rig goes down our “less than smooth” highways.
These shocks far exceed the static weight capacity and are what lead to cracked hitches, and worse, cracked frames. It’s not only a cost issue but a safety issue.
